Sally King YogaSally is welcoming, warm, and loves laughing at herself while teaching yoga! She is trained in the YogaFIT style which is a Vinyasa flow style, focusing on making yoga available and safe for everybody.

Sally’s gentle yoga classes are recommended for beginners or those looking for a slower-paced, gentle class. Basic yoga movement along with breathing exercises are taught.

What to Bring to Class

Wear comfortable clothing, somewhat fitted so that you can move easily and that Sally can see your body alignment to make sure your yoga experience is 100% safe.

  • Yoga Mat
  • Yoga Strap
  • Two Yoga Blocks
  • Consider bringing a blanket or pillow to cushion your knees or for your head for extra comfort.
  • A hand towel is also a great idea, should you sweat

Good to Know

We want you to be as “in the moment” as possible during class, so phones/smartwatches are best kept away.
